Ling & Louie’s Asian Bar and Grill, known for their vibrant atmosphere, signature cocktails and their unique Modern Asian meets American Comfort menu makes a nod to the “Louie” side of their menu. Celebrating National Bourbon Heritage Month in September, Ling & Louie’s further differentiates their East meets West themed concept by celebrating a spirit that is as American as it gets. Ling & Louie’s Scottsdale, Meridian and Dallas Fort Worth Airport locations will all be participating in this month-long celebration.

National Bourbon Heritage Month is marking its eighth year anniversary since being enacted by the U.S. Senate in 2007. The celebration honors bourbon as “America’s Native Spirit.” In recognition of that, Louie has concocted an exclusive cocktail menu featuring some of Beam-Suntory’s most popular bourbons: Maker’s Mark, Jim Beam Black, Jim Beam, Knob Creek, Basil Hayden’s and the exclusive Maker’s 46.

Throughout the month of September, guests can enjoy a unique dining experience which spotlights a special menu of Bourbon infused dishes: Bourbon-Marinated Sea Bass, Bourbon-Glazed Pork Sliders, Sizzling Bourbon Shrimp & Scallops, as well as a Bourbon-Maple Crème Brule – a dessert you won’t soon forget.

The celebration’s marquee event is an exclusive Bourbon Cocktail Pairing Dinner on September 23rd at the company’s Scottsdale location. Known for their successful series of pairing dinners, Ling & Louie’s has partnered with Luke Detraz – Director of Mixology for Southern Wine & Spirits – to expertly pair Bourbon cocktails with featured dishes in a delightful four course meal.
