On Jan. 31, Bruegger’s Bagels will celebrate its 36th anniversary of serving up kettle-boiled and stone hearth-baked, authentic New York-style bagels with its famous annual three-free-bagel giveaway.

From open until 11 a.m. that Thursday, any guest who is a member of the Bruegger’s Bagels Inner Circle or claims the offer available at Brueggers.com can receive three free bagels of their choice with any purchase, such as a signature two-egg bagel sandwich, a cup of custom-roasted coffee, or a tub of 100-percent made-in-Vermont cream cheese or Daiya dairy-free plain cream cheeze-style spread.

“For 36 years we’ve followed the same time-honored, traditional methods of bagel-making and have built a loyal following along the way,” said Bruegger’s Bagels President Tyler Ricks. “Our fans are the reason for our success, and that’s why we want to give them the gift of free bagels in celebration of our anniversary.”

All guests who take part in the celebration will also receive a coupon for $2 off a future $5 purchase, valid through National Bagel Day, Feb. 9. Customers are invited to submit a current or past photo of themselves at a Bruegger’s bakery, via Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, for a chance to win a year of free bagels and coffee.

Over the years, Bruegger’s Bagels has grown its bagel-focused menu to include handcrafted breakfast and lunch sandwiches like the new limited-time Supernova Smoked Salmon Sandwich and the Skinny Bacon, Avocado & Tomato Egg White Sandwich.
